This is a brand new animation is from the people who created Spirited Away and My Neighbour Totoro.

Set in Japan, during preparations for the 1964 Olympic Games, Umi is a teenager living with her grandmother on the picturesque Poppy Hill. She keeps herself busy by watching the boats and raising flags, always half-hoping to see her father, who’s no longer around.

Meanwhile, her friend Shun is working to prevent the demolition of a treasured clubhouse. As romance blossoms between Umi and Shun, a shocking revelation threatens their friendship. This pretty animation, based on a 1980s comic, is dubbed with an all-star English-speaking cast.
