Have you ever wanted to find out what it is like to be a wild animal keeper? Now you can at at Port Lympne or Howletts!
They have special Keeper for the Day experiences for young people where you can get an inside look into what it’s like to look after these animals.
For young people aged between 7 and 12 years old, you can become a Junior Ranger for the Day!
You’ll get to spend a full day finding out about the importance of conservation and get some face-to-face time with all sorts of different animals.
Throughout the day you will meet the specialist keepers who will speak about what a rewarding job it is they do, how challenging it is to get into, and how important it is to start early if you want it to become an Animal Keeper.
The day costs £85 per person or £75 for passport holders.
