Love science? Enter the Bill Bryson Prize 2014!

If you love science then you should definitely think about entering the Royal Society of Chemistry Bill Bryson Prize 2014!

This is a special science prize that has a different theme every year and the entries can be almost anything, as long as they’re creative. So you could enter posters, videos, cartoons, songs, poems or  almost anything else.

2014′s theme is ‘Art and Science’, so entries need to answer one of these questions – Where is the art in science? or Where is the science in art?

The best entries from each category will win £500 for their school and £100 for the winners to share. Plus, you’ll also receive the prize at the Houses of Parliament.

You can enter on your own or with a group of friends, so get thinking and when you’ve got an idea click here to enter!

And here’s a video of Bill Bryson talking about the prize…

Competition closes on 31st March 2014

Remember, you can listen to Fun Kids on DAB Digital Radio in London and online across the UK! Click here to listen!
