The Titanic II is confirmed to set sail in 2016!
The Titanic is one of the most famous ships ever.
In 1912, when it first set sail, it was the biggest ship in the world and became even more well-known when it sank on it’s first ever journey.
And now an Australian guy called Clive Palmer has decided to make a modern-day clone of the ship and call it Titanic II!
The boat will be almost identical to the original. There won’t be TVs and guests will have to wear clothes like people wore in the 1920s.
Clive said “It will really help you pretend you are in the movie.”
The ship is going to be ready in 2016 and will make the same journey the original boat tried to sail – Southampton to New York.
Hopefully Titanic II will make it though.
