When we talk about rocks here on Fun Kids we normally talk about the great series Geology Rocks with our expert Finley.
But this story is a little bit different.
For over 30 years, Benito Hernandez has lived under a rock with his wife and seven children!
The house’s walls are made from sun-dried brick and wood around the 131-foot boulder that is the house’s roof.
The house doesn’t have any running water, plumbing or electricity! Inside is a wood burning stove for cooking and the family has to visit the nearby spring for fresh water.
This unique house is found in the boiling desert of Coahuila near Texas.
