If you fancy going a unique adventure this half term, then visit Chessington World of Adventures Resort as they bring the warmth of Africa to Surrey!
Discover a week of African Adventures from 11th – 19th February set amongst the wilds of Chessington’s Zoo, SEA LIFE centre and safari-themed resort hotel.
Adventurers have the chance to explore and enjoy African culture with face mask decorating, jewellery making, African inspired dance and song, face painting and African drumming and of course meet lots of African animals amongst the 200 species at the Zoo.
If all of that wasn’t enough, CBeebies favourite Raa Raa the Noisy Lion makes a return to the resort too. Raa Raa will be available for meet and greets on the park throughout the half term holiday plus families staying at the hotel will get the chance to enjoy a character breakfast with Raa Raa himself too!
For younger adventurers, Raa Raa-based arts and crafts will also be available for them to get creative with.
And after an action packed day kids can join the Movie Club or play in the Wii Lounge, whilst adults can relax in the new Zafari Bar & Grill for a truly African experience looking out over the Wanyama Reserve where zebra, sitatunga, dorcas gazelle, scimitar horned oryx and ostriches roam.
This looks like it will be a really fun week with loads for both parents and kids to get involved in.
