Discover the Children’s Story Centre in Stratford is a place where children aged 0-11 and their families can enjoy a great indoor Story Trail full of the most exciting and brilliant exhibits for playing and learning, including a forest, magic tower, tea party area, a camp and special cones to listen and record stories. Outside they have a fabuous Story Garden where you can slide down a monster’s tongue, take off in a spacecraft, sail away in the pirate ship or hide out in the garden’s hut.
Discover is open everyday in the summer holidays and as well as their brilliant Story Trail, they have a garden, a story camp and masses of great events.

Green Drops and Moonsquirters: The UTTERLY imaginative world of Lauren Child
Saturday 2 October
- Hooray! our Story Studio reopens with the first ever exhibition to bring Lauren Child’s ever so imaginative books to life. Sit a Charlie and Lola’s kitchen table, dress-up in Charlie and Lola’s favourite outfits and perform puppet shows ot your friends in a theatre created from the four poster bed in The Princess and the Pea.
