The Biggin Hill International Air Fair is not only one of the most famous worldwide aviation events in existence but it is also the largest privately organised air show in Europe.
Visitors in their thousands flock to Biggin Hill Airport, the former World War Two fighter station, for the great mix of flying display participants and ground attractions, offering fun and entertainment for all the family.
The gates open at 8am and the uninterrupted flying display is usually between the hours of 11.45am and 5.30pm. You can buy your tickets online at their discounted price or purchase them on the day of your visit at the entrance gates.
How to get there:
Biggin Hill is located on the A233 Bromley to Westerham Road, should you be using satellite navigation enter the postcode TN16 3BN, alternatively you can use Google Maps for directions. Please bear in mind that some roads local to the airport will have some restrictions in place for the weekend.
For those approaching from the East (Dartford Tunnel, M20, and M2) use Junction 4 M25, and then follow the signs to Biggin Hill via the A21.
For those approaching from the West (M23, M3 and M4) use Junction 6 M25, then following the signs to Biggin Hill which will take you via A25 and Westerham.
The nearest British Rail stations are Bromley South, East Croydon and West Croydon.
