More than a million visitors are expected to flock to the town’s clifftop and beaches for the event which includes displays from the very best in the world of aviation.
This festival displays the very best and coolest aircraft displays! You can see:
- Red Arrows (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
- the incredible Eurofighter Typhoon, Royal Navy Black Cats Helicopter Display Team
- Royal Netherlands Air Force, displaying their fantastic F-16 Fighting Falcon, The Parachute Regiment Freefall Team – ‘The Red Devils’, The Princess of Wales’s Royal Regiment’s Parachute Display Team ‘The Tigers’ and war bird Hunter Jet, ‘Miss Demeanour’
And all of this is completely free of charge!
The Royal Navy will be supporting the Festival as well with a host of assets including HMS Bangor (open to visitors). The Royal Marines will also be undertaking a beach assault on to the shores of the UK’s leading destination – a not to be missed event on Saturday & Sunday.
In the evening, ‘Night Air’ entertainment is the perfect way to end an incredible Festival line-up. On Thursday, Friday & Saturday watch performances by the Royal Marines Combat Display Team and HM Royal Marines Band.
There are also fireworks, a hot air balloon glow, an evening to night time air display, live music, street entertainers, fireworks and aviation inspired film screenings.
