Families visiting London Zoo will get an extra cool treat this summer as the Design a Fab Den tour comes to town.
The tour is part of Design a Fab Den, a competition for budding young designers recently launched by Fab, the nation’s favourite ice lolly. The competition aims to encourage youngsters, with their parents’ help , to get creative and design the bedroom or outdoor playhouse of their dreams, with the winning design made into a reality.
The Design a Fab Den tour will be at London Zoo from Friday May 23rd to Monday May 25th and is a great way to keep the kids entertained and enter the competition too.
The tour is set to bring fun from the freezer to London Zoo in the shape of a ‘cool’ igloo, designed in the iconic Fab colours. The igloo will be jam-packed with toys and games and yummy Fab ice lollies, where wannabe designers can have loads of fun while completing their Fab den designs. Once the creative work is complete, kids simply get their parent’s permission to enter and post their competition entry in the penguin post box provided.

Through the Design a Fab Den competition, Fab will donate £1 for every entry received to Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity. The charity provides practical and emotional support to families who have a child with a life-threatening or terminal illness. Just £1 can provide breakfast for a terminally ill child staying at one of Rainbow Trust’s respite houses.
