Parklife Oxford Street, a temporary public space in the heart of the West End, has become a Jurassic forest populated with 24 life-sized, animatronic dinosaurs including kids’ favourites T-Rex, triceratops, diplodocus and stegosaurus.
Find out what its would have been like 65 million years ago, as the UK’s largest fully animatronic, life-size dinosaur experience comes to London.
Children can dig for dinosaur bones, design a dinosaur on a touch screen, run down an interactive track to leave dino footprints and put themselves in a virtual prehistoric aquarium using green-screen technology
All the dinosaurs in the Dinosaurs Unleashed show are full-size too, meaning that the diplodocus will be three times the length of the standard London bus. So prepared to be amazed.
There are 24 full-size dinosaurs, featuring some of everybody’s favourite creatures, whether they’re peaceful plant grazers looking for the nearest lush treetop or those committed carnivores eyeing up the next piece of flesh to rip into. The dinosaurs on show will come from the three great ages of the species’ reign, the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous, so expect to see the all of the best-known and best-loved dinosaurs, even if some are a little frightening.
