|December 10, 2011||to||January 2, 2012|
We’re always on the look out for fun stuff to do over the Christmas holidays, and this definitely seems worth checking out!
At Chessington World of Adventures Resort you can have a special winter adventure with their Festive Zoo Days.
Available from 10th -11th December and 17th December 2011 – 2nd January 2012, between 10am – 3pm, families can take a wander around the Zoo and SEA LIFE centre and get up close and personal with over 1,000 animals from the exotic to the endangered.
You’ll get to meet mischievous meerkats, come nose to nose with sharks and rays in the spectacular SEA LIFE centre or roar with the lions in the Trail of the Kings.
On top of that there’s also a load of fantastic attractions ready and waiting for you.
Find your way through the 4D fun in Hocus Pocus Hall, ride the bubbles for frothy family fun on Bubbleworks and make sure you toss and turn on the waves of the high seas with Seastorm.
Let the Festivities Begin!
To get you truly in the festive spirit, go see their brand new Reindeer as they enjoy their first Christmas in Chessington under the twinkly lights of their sparkly new stable.
You can also join in with the special show ‘The Elves and The Christmas Tree’ and even meet Father Christmas as he explains the true meaning of Christmas.
Watch out for the cheeky Christmas Elves who will be roaming around the park so get the cameras out and strike a festive pose with them!
If you don’t get to see Father Christmas before the big day, worry not as he and his Elves will be staying at Chessington throughout the Christmas holidays. Why not visit and tell him all about those presents you found under your tree this year!
And that’s not all! You can experience a variety of animal presentations and feeds throughout the day.
Get up close and personal with binturongs and macaws in the Wild Wood Animal Antics presentation or head down to Sealion Bay and learn all about the cheeky residents and their underwater antics.
As you can see, there’s set to be lots of festive cheer this Christmas at Chessington!
