Flappy Bird has been deleted from App Store and Google Play!

Flappy Bird

If you were a big Angry Birds fan then the chances are you know this new type of bird pretty well. It’s Flappy Bird.

In case you haven’t played it, it’s basically a game where you tap the screen to make the bird ‘flap’ and fly upwards to avoid pipes.

It’s definitely one of the most difficult and addictive app games that we’ve ever played, and if you haven’t already downloaded it, it’s too late to have a go.

Flappy 2The person who makes the app has deleted it from the app stores. That means you can only play it if you’ve already got it on your phone or tablet.

The maker wanted to delete it because loads of people were getting angry at the game and tweeting him saying how annoying his game is. And when there are thousands of people messaging you the same thing, that gets a bit annoying.

What do you think of Flappy Bird? Let us know in the comment box below.

I really am sad that he took down Flappy Bird, but you can get an alternative. If you look up Flappy Bird on the App Store it will come up with lots of similar games that all that has changed is the background and the things that you have to avoid (In Flappy Bird it was the pipes). But I still think that Flappy Bird is the original. Did you know that an iPhone that had Flappy Bird on it was sold for £5000 last week! Its amazing what people will pay for a simple and addictive game.
