From 23rd – 29th September you can go to London’s first ever football festival!

With films from around the world as well as events and special guests, it will be a week not to miss.

Here are some of our highlights:

9pm, Friday 23rd September
Opening night gala – Once in a Lifetime
A documentary taking a look back at the sudden rise and fall of the North American Soccer League between 1968 – 1984, as seen through the league’s most famous club, the New York Cosmos.

Kids Club Special – Match 64
Produced in collaboration with Arsenal in the Community, this Kids Club Special for the football film festival at Everyman Belsize Park includes a morning of activities, coaching and games. The event ends with a screening of Match 64, a documentary which closely examines the 2010 FIFA World Cup final in South Africa.

9pm, Wednesday 28th September
Soka Afrika
This documentary celebrates African football in the run up to the 2010 World Cup.
