Youngsters who hanker to dance on ice – or just do a few cool manoeuvres without falling over – should head to Alexandra Palace Ice Rink in North London this Easter holiday for a course in ice skating.
Hosted by qualified coaches, children aged 5 – 15 can join a half hour training session from 10.30-11am each day, before taking to the ice in the public session to put their new skills into practice.
Crash courses offer a perfect introduction to ice skating and cost £36 for four classes Tuesday 6-9 April or £45 for five classes Monday 12-15 April, inclusive of 30 minutes’ tuition and unlimited skating during a public session from 11am-1.30pm each day.
