See the Westminster Morris Men and other morris dancers at Trafalgar Square when folk dance groups from across the country perform live.
With traditional music and dancing taking place in Trafalgar Square as well as Chinatown, Westminster Abbey and around the West End, the Westminster Day of Dance is bound to be a popular event for fans of English folk customs.
As well as performances from the Westminster Morris Men and other groups, you can also see massed shows of morris dancers at Trafalgar Square when the likes of Chester Morris Men, East Suffolk Morris Men and Greensleeves Morris Men join forces to create a visual spectacular.
The Westminster Day of Dance runs from 10.15am – 6pm, Saturday 14th May 2011, with morris dancers at Trafalgar Square, Westminster Abbey, Victoria Embankment steps and other locations around the West End.
The massed shows of morris dancers at Trafalgar Square start at 12.15pm and 5pm.
