Family History Day
3 October – 4 October
Information and guidance on how to trace your RAF ancestors. Exclusive talks by our curators and a chance to meet the staff and ask them questions.

Big Draw
26 October – 30 October
When does a drawing travel faster then the speed of sound? When it is drawn on the side of an aircraft. Come to the RAF Museum, see members of the Guild of Aviation Artists at work, draw an aeroplane in the Milestones of Flight Gallery.

Children of all ages,from 5 to 105, are welcome; well Dads never really grow up do they?

All materials provided free of charge.

Sessions run from 11am to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm each day.

Witch Weekend
31 October – 1 November
If you have ever wondered how broomsticks fly, why not visit our display Aeronauts Interactive this weekend and find out? As an extra bonus we are giving all children age 3 and above the opportunity prepare for Halloween by trying their hand at making their own mini broomstick complete with witch and cat to take home and keep.

Broomstick making sessions will run from 11am to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm on both days with all materials supplied free of charge.
