If there’s one race you probably had never thought of it would be one involving pancakes and politicians. However, that very race is happening on 8th March over at Victoria Tower Gardens.
The Parliamentary Pancake Race is a traditional race that has happened now for the past 14 years between three teams made up of MPs, Lords and members of the press.
As well as being really funny to watch, the race is also a way to raise money for the charity Rehab.
Last year’s race saw the politicians win and so they will be looking to keep their title in probably the weirdest race of the year!
Dates: Tuesday 8th March 2011 in Victoria Tower Gardens
Times: The race starts at 10.30am
This spectator event is free to attend
