British Museum have created a pretty modern way of exploring Ancient Egypt with this free family digital workshop.
You can use your mobile phones to find secret codes around the Museum and solve clues about the ancient Egyptian Book of the Dead.
The activity lasts about 40 minutes, and is a really fun way to find out about the world of the ancient egyptians and their mysterious Book of the Dead.
This activity is part of the Ancient Egyptian Book of the Dead exhibition, which follows the ancient Egyptians’ journey from death to the afterlife in this once-in-a-lifetime exhibition focusing on the Book of the Dead – that’s right, such a book really exists!
Every Saturday from 29th January to 19th February
