Covent Garden’s North Hall will be filled with the sound of “That’s the way to do it” on Sunday 2 October, when the Punch & Judy Fellowship return to stage their annual Punch & Judy Festival.
With his wicked grin, hook nose and squeaky voice, Mr Punch makes a very welcome return to his birth place – did you know that it was in Covent Garden in 1662 that Samuel Pepys jotted down in his famous diary the first ever reference of what has become this massively popular puppet show?
As this is thir last festival of the year, Members of the Punch & Judy Fellowship will be travelling from all round the country to take part and perform their shows, which start at around 11.00am until approx. 4.30pm.
Location: Covent Garden Piazza
Times: 11am to 4.30pm
