As always there are plenty of great shows on for kids and families at Half Moon this year. Here’s what’s coming up this month:

Follow Owl and Pussy Cat as they set out through a topsy turvey world! They set out on the high seas with some honey, money and a runcible spoon and along the way meet piggy wig, the turkey who lives on the hill and the strangest looking tree you’ll ever see!
Enjoy this absurd hogwash of nonsense, featuring silly songs, babbling puppets and smaller than life characters.

An intergalactic tale about a little boy seeking an adventure. One day a boy finds a plane in his cupboard. He flies his plane higher and higher until he runs out of petrol and lands on the moon.
He is frightened, lost and alone until a passing martian lands there too! Who is the strange alien? Can they be friends?

Craig has been invited to his best friend’s birthday party. There’s an invitation to read, presents to wrap, cakes to buy and a house to find. Who will explain the rules of musical chairs?
Will there be enough balloons? Using music, balloons and far too much wrapping paper, Shoofly Theatre has created a funny and charming performance that shows how fun numbers can be with your friends.

“Are you sitting comfortably?” Then meet Granddad, eccentric traveller and storyteller extraordinaire. Enter Granddad’s battered Bedouin tent to hear magical tales of adventure in real and imaginary worlds.
Evocative sound, light and exquisite puppetry combine to create a classic performance, which will enthral and delight the whole family.
