This summer, the ArcelorMittal Orbit is inviting young sculptors and artists to head for the top and get involved with loads of art and crafts activities – 114.5m above the ground!
Between 24 July and 31 August, you’re invited to come and draw, paint or even build your own fantastic works of art – from sketches of the London skyline to your very own ArcelorMittal Orbit!
Whilst you’re up there busy creating, you’ll be able to spot The Shard, Canary Wharf, Wembley Stadium and St Paul’s as well as Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and its world-famous sporting venues!
And when you reach the bottom, you can take a well-earned break at the EastTwenty Bar & Kitchen!
Activities take place from 2-4pm each day of the summer holidays and are included in the ArcelorMittal Orbit entry price. Booking in advance is advised to avoid disappointment!
The ArcelorMittal Orbit is the UK’s tallest sculpture and was built for the London Olympics after Mayor Boris Johnson launched a competition to design a sculpture for the Olympic Park.
