Trafalgar Square will host a special big screening of the Tate Movie Project’s The Itch of the Golden Nit! on Saturday 23 July to celebrate one year until the Olympics.
The film, created by thousands of children aged 5 – 13 across the country, has characters voiced by David Walliams, Miranda Hart, Miriam Margolyes, Catherine Tate, Harry Enfield, Sanjeev Bhaskar and Rik Mayall.
The Tate Movie Project, made in collaboration with Aardman Animations, is the first of its kind – an animation made by and for children as part of the Cultural Olympiad (the cultural ferstival of the London 2012 Olympics).
The event will also have a bunch of family activities for you to enjoy!
