January 15, 2012

nhm-eagle

Eagles have inspired humans for thousands of years with their power and presence.

Take a look at some truly awesome eagles from around the world, from the jungles of South America to the frozen wastes of Siberia, and encounter the ultimate aerial predator: an eagle so large it could have hunted humans.

This event is part of the Nature Live series. From ladybird spotting and dinosaurs to bat winter survival strategies and how nature inspires fashion, these regular Nature Live talks and events are an enjoyable way to explore the natural world.

They are informal and mostly free!
