If you’re fed up of winter like us and want to start getting that spring feeling, then make sure you check out the new exhibition at Kew Gardens, Tropical Extravaganza, full of amazing tropical flowers.

Look at beautiful orchids and other exotic blooms, and visit the Amazonian flooded forest display.

orchid-kewsThis year’s central display, in the pond area, represents a flooded rainforest, with a huge, orchid-covered tree emerging from the water. There will also be tropical hanging baskets and arches swathed in Anthuriums, Tillandsias and Aechmeas.

This really is an inspiring exhibition that will make you appreciate nature and discover more about tropical habitats.
