Out now is the brand new book by Marcus Sedgwick called Fright Forest.

As daft and funny as it is spooky and creepy, this new series follows the adventures of Raven Boy and Elf Girl.

Raven Boy is a rather odd boy who lives in Fright Forest and relies on his amazing night vision and ability to talk to animals so he can survive. Elf Girl is light of foot, sharp of mind and, basically, elfish all over!

Both have special skills so when they accidentally get paired together (on account of Raven Boy falling and squashing Elf Girl’s house!) they’re well-equipped to try and save the world from trolls, ogres, witches and all sorts of monsters that live in fiendish forest.
