Fun Cooking – Fresh & Fruity Shakes (from Alexander)

  • Half pint milk
  • Half a glass crushed ice (ice cubes crushed with a rolling pin)
  • Fruit

Method

  1. Put the milk or orange juice and crushed ice in a blender.
  2. Add the fruit of your choice.
  3. Blend the mixture at high speed until smooth, thick and bubbly.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
