Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day is the new comedy movie by Disney!

It’s about a family who have the worst day possible, with hilarious consequences!

Alexander will be making people laugh all over the country from the 24th October!

Into film sent their young reporter Lily to have a chat with funny man, and star of Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day, Steve Carell, about how to be funny, and how he copes with bad days.

Lily also sets him a test to see if he can cope with her bad day challenge!

And here is what Lily (13) thought of Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day…

“Directed by Miguel Arteta, Alexander… is a fun, funny, fabulous film with family written all over it. The hilarious comedy plot is based around bad days and how if you can get through the bad, the good will come shining through. Ed Oxenbould plays Alexander Cooper, an 11 year old boy who always has disastrous days in which everything goes wrong.

One day, however, he wakes up to find that his family now have the bad luck. With actor Steve Carell playing Ben Cooper, the film has humour pouring out of it. Other cast members include Jennifer Garner who plays super mum Kelly Cooper, Bella Thorne who plays Celia, girlfriend of Antony, Alexander’s brother, who is played by Dylan Minnette. Ed Oxenbould has moments of absolute brilliance, but other moments of slight stiffness in his performance.

The scenes are perfectly filmed and overall this film is one of the best comedy movies made and released this year.”
