Hi!  I’m Amanda and I want you to be a member of my Action Club!

Amanda’s Action Club is about having fun, getting exercise and keeping fit with your family. I have a new series on Giggle where we will be moving and grooving together with songs from my album “Fun, Fitness and Music” and some other favourites thrown in.

Fun, Fitness and Music with Amanda’s Action Club  is aerobics that encourages physical development in pre-school children.  The music combines the genius of The Teletubbies and the creative flair behind the Simple Minds so mum and dad will like it too.
