Yes - Astronauts do get space sick

When you first go into space you cannot feel the effect of gravity any more.

That means all the blood and fluid in your body that is usually dragged down because of gravity equalises out and that makes you feels sick basically.

It’s a very similar feeling to being car sick!

The good news is astronauts feel better after a few days when they get used to the new environment.
