That would hurt! But luckily it’s highly unlikely that all the air pressure you build up in your mouth would be enough to break the skin so the answer is no.

Wind and brass instruments that require you to blow air can make your mouths ache though because you are using muscles. However lots of practice will help strengthen those muscles and make it easier.
