Winners of World Book Day’s Share a Vote entrants revealed!

Each winner bagged themselves a £25 National Book Token.

A few weeks ago, we asked for your favourite books!

It was part of a quest with the people behind World Book Day to find the UK’s top 100 most loved stories ever.

We asked which stories you want to read again and again – or ones that you can’t wait to share with your friends.

Three lucky winners grabbed themselves a £25 National Book Token to buy even more books with! Let’s find out who won!

Nila, 10 said they really love Dear Olly by Michael Morpurgo.

I like it because it conveys a story from three ways. Olly (the girl), Matt (Olly’s brother) and Robin (a bird that Olly has a special attachment to). Although when Matt moves to Africa to work in an orphanage and Olly’s Robin takes flight for the winter, her world gets turned upside down. The book is by Michael Morpurgo and I think it deserves 5 stars!

Bethan, 10 said they really love The Wee Free Men by Terry Pratchet.

I like this story as it is about how your not always what others may think you are. But mainly is because Terry Pratchet was a great writer and he hooks you onto the book and you won’t want to put it down until it’s finished.

Yzabelle, 10 said they really love The Hobbit.

My mum read this to me first and I love it. its full of adventure and the characters are great, especially Gandalf. I have since read it about 20 times I love it that much!
