Well it will still melt, but it’ll take a lot longer!
There’s a protein called BsIA that can be used to make ice cream which will stay frozen even in super hot weather.
Which is great news as you won’t be wolfing down your tasty 99 before it covers your hands and clothes!
Sadly it’s going to take about 5 years before we get this amazing invention!
