Sean’s Ultimate Ship
Boats have been around for thousands of years and in this new series – Sean’s Ultimate Ship – we’re going to be looking at some of the most amazing ones!
Sean from Breakfast is trying to design the ultimate ship, so he’s looking at historical and modern day boats, picking out his favourite bits and putting them onto his ultimate ship!
He’ll be looking at tiny boats like coracles and tree trunk canoes, Ancient Egyptian boats and longships, right through to huge galleons and some very famous ships like the Mary Rose.
Then, with some help from his ship-wise Boat-a-dex, Sean will be deciding which bits from which craft will be mashed together to make the ultimate ship.
You can hear Sean’s Ultimate Ships every weekday at 8.30am on Fun Kids on DAB Digital Radio in London and online across the UK! And if you miss an episode, you can catch up in iTunes and on the Fun Kids Player at funkidslive.com
