Nap Hour (weekdays 1pm to 2pm)
An hour of soothing classical music and lullabies, starting off with a ‘Relax Kids’ meditation story.
Nap Hour gives everyone a chance for a little quiet time after lunch, with 60 minutes of shut-eye.
