Get involved with Belt Up Week!


This Monday (9th December) is the beginning of Belt Up Week where national road safety charity Brake and the hit DreamWorks animation The Croods have teamed up! School kids across the UK will be fastening their seatbelts to learn the Croods Cross Code with a little help from some special guests!

Seat-beltBelt Up Week will be helping schools across the country learn the most important parts of road safety in a fun way this winter.

A very special ‘Belt Up’ Croods school bus is touring Great Britain over the week from Monday 9th December to Friday 13th December, stopping off at schools in London, Chorley, Dudley, Oxford, Nottingham and Cardiff.

At each school there’ll be fun themed assemblies and the chance to board the Belt Up Bus and learn more about road safety. Among the passengers will be representatives from the charity Brake, a costume character of Belt and Atomic Kitten and Big Reunion star Natasha Hamilton.

The Croods 2And that’s not all! Fun Kids presenters will also be on the bus learning loads about Belt Up Week, talking to some of you guys at the assemblies and doing a special report from the road every day on Fun Kids.

Tune in to Breakfast from 6.30am between 9th and 13th to hear the reports from the Belt Up Week tour!
