N60Sean and robot head to Denmark to check out LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens!

SPOILER: It looks awesome!

It’s Breakfast Show Adventure time again! Me and Robot have been off on our travels. This time we were invited to Legoland to play the brand new Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens game.

Here are 10 things you need to know about the game…

The levels are great recreations of all of your favourite scenes from the film, with some Lego humour thrown in for good measure. The action is also varied and fast paced. One level had me snowboarding down a sand dune as Rey, distracting a Luggerbeast with a specially built Lego model and blasting enemies in the Millennium Falcon!

There are 6 levels that will tell the back story of events which weren’t shown in the actual film! These include Poe Dameron meeting Lor San Tekka, Han Solo and Chewbacca capturing rathtars and also a rescue mission featuring Poe Dameron, C-3Po, BB-8 and Admiral Akbar!

Multi-build allows you to solve puzzles in a load of different ways by building different models with the same set of in-game blocks. Build something, smash it up then build something different! It’s like playing Lego in real life!

There are two types of Flight combat in the game. “Rail Type” where you fly down a specific path, battling enemies while avoiding obstacles and “Arena type” where you have free reign over an area to blast down a certain number of enemies and complete challenges!

All of the cut-scenes feature the genuine actors who played the characters in the films! There’s no dodgy Kylo Ren impressions in this game! Plus the scenes are full of Lego jokes and funny moments!

It wouldn’t be Star Wars without some epic blaster battles would it?! These special blast battle sequences have you hidden behind cover and popping up to blast away some enemies. These are nice and easy to control as you automatically lock on to an enemy when you emerge from cover!

BB8 was my favourite character to play as in the game. He’s quick, great for solving puzzles, also has a Sonic the Hedgehog style spin-dash and an electronic tazer to keep enemies away!

There are several different versions of the Millennium Falcon in the game. There’s a level where you get to fly the Falcon, plus an adorable unlockable mini version of the Falcon that your character can sit on, plus you can explore the interior of the Millennium Falcon as it’s one of the free-play hubs!

There are around 200 playable characters including your favourites from the first 6 films. Each of those characters has a unique finishing move!

It’s out on the 28th June! But there is a free demo available now in the PS4/XBOX One shop!
