DESCRIPTION:Barnes Children’s Literature Festival\, the largest children’s literature festival in the UK\, returns on the weekend of 21 & 22 June 2025. \nThe festival is celebrating its eleventh birthday this year!  Over 100 author events\, performances and free activities will take place around beautiful Barnes‘ pond. The festival always attracts much-loved names from the world of children‘s books and this year is no different with authors and illustrators such as Axel Scheffler\, David Walliams\, Cressida Cowell\, Stephen and Anita Mangan\, MC Grammar and Adam Kay. \n \nChildren can also get involved in creative writing\, comedy\, art and craft\, puppetry\, live music\, film\, clay-mazing workshops with Aardman Animations\, and there are lots of free things to do too including LEGO\, chess\, yoga\, pop up performances and circus acts. \nGet your tickets here!
