February Half Term @ RHS Garden Wisley (11 to 19 Feb)

butterfliesEnjoy fabulous caterpillar and butterfly art activities.

Make a caterpillar stick puppet, a wonderful bouncing butterfly and sow and grow seeds to attract butterflies to your own garden.

Take time out to visit The Glasshouse where you can see the exotic and brightly coloured butterflies take flight in a truly tropical setting that will banish the winter blues.

And if you love creepy crawlies, then visit our collection of giant caterpillars so that you can experience the complete lifecycle of these wonderful creatures.

Saturday 11 & Sunday 12 February

  • 10am – 12noon, 1pm – 3.30pm
  • Make a caterpillar stick puppet

Monday 13 & Tuesday 14 February

  • 10am – 12noon, 1pm – 3.30pm
  • Make a bouncing butterfly

Wednesday 15, Thursday 16 & Friday 17 February

  • 10am – 12noon, 1pm – 3.30pm
  • Sow & grow flowers to attract butterflies in a decorated pot.

Saturday 18 & Sunday 19 February

  • 10am – 12noon, 1pm – 3.30pm
  • Make a caterpillar or butterfly mask.
