Join us for the Fun Kids Space Station Sleepover at the National Space Centre in Leicester.
Pack your pyjamas and sleeping bag for a night of intergalactic fun on Saturday 8th June 2024.
Explore the wonders of space, get hands-on with incredible experiments, and take part in a thrilling sleepover amongst out-of-this-world artefacts at the UK's number one space centre!
Plus wake up alongside friends and family, enjoy a buffet breakfast with Fun Kids presenters, and help us launch the world's first ever children's radio station themed around space: the Fun Kids Space Station.
Frequently asked questions
Sleeping areas will be in the main galleries, where the lights will be turned out at 22:30. Visitors of all genders within each group will sleep in the same area. Event staff are on hand throughout the night to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. CCTV is in operation throughout.
Please bring a sleeping bag, sleeping mat, a pillow and some clothes to sleep in. Please keep luggage to a minimum. Overnight clothes must be suitable and warm enough for standing outside in the unlikely event of an evacuation.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Children should be between 6-16. Children either side of this age might not enjoy the event as intended.
The number of adults required for each group of children are as follows: For up to two children one adult is required. For three to four children two adults are required.
No, once you have made a booking it cannot be changed or altered.
A limited buffet breakfast is included in the ticket price and there will be a café on the night to purchase food (until 21:00).
Check in is from 17:15 and will run until 18:00. Please come to the main entrance for check in with your tickets.
