Halloween Half Term @ RHS Garden Wisley (27 October to 4 November)

If you’re looking for some spooky activities this October half-term, then check out RHS Garden Wisley!

You’ll be able to make your own spider or wand, go on a scavenger hunt and even build dens too! And don’t forget to meet the owls at their Birds of Prey Weekend on 27th to 28th October.

Plus all the activies are free! Just drop in with normal garden entry.

Here’s what’s going on:

Spooky scavenger hunt:
Sat 27 Oct – Sun 4 Nov
Explore the garden and search for spooky things. Can you find the witches fingers?

Spooky spiders:
Mon 29 and Tues 30 Oct
Visit the Clore Learning Centre to make your own spooky spider for Halloween. 10.30am-12.30pm and 1.30-3.30pm.

Tues 30 and Wed 31 Oct
Join us for spooky-themed stories in the garden. There will be story sessions at 11am, 12noon, 1.30pm, 2.30pm and 3.30pm.

Make a natural wand:
Wed 31 Oct
Come to RHS Garden Wisley dressed in a costume. Design and make your own magical natural wand.
10.30am-12.30pm and 1.30-3.30pm.

Family with autumn colourSow and grow garlic:
Thurs 1 Nov and Fri 2 Nov
Head to the Clore Learning Centre, where you can sow and grow garlic to keep the vampires away.
10.30am-12.30pm and 1.30pm- 3.30pm.

Birds of prey:
Sat 27 & Sun 28 Oct
Be amazed by fabulous bird of prey displays at 11am and 2pm daily.

Available all week in the children’s play area.
