Play/works Family Workshop @ ICA (19 March)

ica-workshopAt last month’s workshop they made a temporary cinema in a room tucked away at the top of the ICA.

This month they will be re-imagining the history of the building and its surroundings by hosting their very own ‘Nashian Tea Party’ in the beautiful Nash and Brandon Rooms on the second floor of the ICA.

They will be taking over this beautiful space by building beautiful furniture, making costumes and putting together theirown fantastical ‘Nashian Tea Party’ inspired by the history of the building and its architect, John Nash.

This event forms part of Playworks’ ‘Field Operations’ workshop series, where each month they host an unusual event in a different part of the ICA to test how we can transform the building’s public spaces through play and temporary use.
