11-year-old film fan Archie Young from Hastings has experienced his own close up when FILMCLUB, the education charity and experts in film for young people, sent the youngster to London to interview Abigail Breslin, the teen star of new animation Rango.
Archie, who attends Sacred Heart School in Hastings and is a FILMCLUB Young Ambassador, attended a preview screening of Rango, which also stars Johnny Depp, before interviewing cast member Abigail Breslin (My Sisters Keeper, Little Miss Sunshine) who plays the character of Prescilla in the new film.
The youngster quizzed the actress about her character in the new film, found out if she recorded the voice of the characters with the other actors, about her favourite parts of making the film, and about her favourite films.
Rango is an original animated comedy-adventure set in the Wild West, starring a rather odd chameleon called Rango who ends up stuck in a dangerous town in the Wild West.
