1. Many big things happened on Doctor Who!

It was the Doctor Who series finale on Saturday!

2. The John Lewis advert was on TV for the first time!

We’re still sobbing at J-Lew’s Chritstmas ad 2014 featuring Monty the Penguin!

3. Stage invader on The X Factor!

Comic Lee Nelson jumped on stage during our boys Stereo Kicks’ performance!

After security took him away, Simon joked Louis had added another member!

4. Toy Story 4 is on for 2017!

Disney made our weekend by announcing Toy Story will return in 2017!

It’s going to be the fourth instalment in the movie series but that’s all we know so far!

5. Germany marked the fall of the Berlin Wall

8000 balloons were released over Germany’s capital to mark the 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall.

The white balloons were released one by one to symbolise the breaching of the wall by crowds of protesters in 1989.

6. Remembrance Sunday marked across the UK

The Queen led Remembrance Sunday commemorations to honour servicemen and women who have died in war.

Millions of people took part in a two-minute silence at 11am.

7. Cheryl broke chart records!

Cheryl’s new single I Don’t Care went straight to Number 1 in the Official Charts!

It means she becomes the first British female solo artist to have five UK chart-toppers!

8. Tim Howard did a pretty weird thing…

The Everton goalkeeper was left in a tricky situation against Sunderland…

And the way he dealt with it was rather strange!

9. Lewis Hamilton missed out on Brazil Grand Prix!

Lewis finished seconded to Nico Rosberg in Sunday’s race.

He can still with the F1 title if he comes second next week though!

10. One Direction won a load of MTV EMA’s!

MTV’s annual Europe Music Awards took place in Scotland on Sunday!

1D took away the trophies for Best Pop, Best Live and Best Fans!

11. …and so did 5 Seconds of Summer!

The 5SOS boys won awards for Best New and Best Push(?!)!

It seems like they’ve been around for ages as well!

12. One Direction performed Steal My Girl on The X Factor!

Zayn, Harry, Louis, Liam and Niall couldn’t be at the EMA’s as they were booked for Sunday’s X Factor show!

They did a ridiculously good performance of latest single Steal My Girl!

13. Paul Akister got voted off!

Poor Paul was given the boot on this Sunday’s show!

He was in the bottom two with Jay James before it went to Dead Lock!
