Get involved in Safer Internet Week

CyberMentor MASTER logo RGBThe internet is a great place but it is also important to stay safe, which is why all this week is Safer Internet Week.

As part of this, our friends over at UK bullying charity Beatbullying are calling on all of you to help stamp out cyber bullying.

This is a horrible thing where people are bullied over the internet, but you can help stop it!

All you need to do is take any of the positive actions below:

1.       Download the CyberMentors widget to your Facebook or Bebo page

2.       Help fundraise by buying CyberMentor Sillybandz or holding a special event to raise money. You could sell cakes, or even get people to sponsor you doing something fun!

3.       Become a CyberMentor to help vulnerable young people online by applying here

4.       Get your school to hold a special bullying-themed assembly

5.        Invite organizations like CyberMentors to come to your school to hold an anti-bullying workshop.
