With Robot as a presenter on our daily Breakfast show, we love robots here at Fun Kids!
So it was always highly likely that we’d love DreamWorks Pictures’ Real Steel – and with fighting robots, cool graphics and an exciting storyline, we reckon you’ll like this film too!
Out on Blu-ray™ and DVD from 20 February, Real Steel stars Hugh Jackman as irresponsible ex-boxer Charlie Kenton who has been lost since boxing went high-tech and 2000-pound, 8-foot-tall steel robots have taken over the ring.
Now nothing but a small-time promoter, Charlie earns just enough money piecing together low-end bots from scrap metal to get from one underground boxing venue to the next.
But when he gets reunited with his son Max and the pair discover an old, very special robot called Atom, Charlie gets one last shot at making a triumphant comeback!
On top of the movie, Real Steel on Blu-ray™ and DVD also has loads of bonus features where you can see the making of the film, the cutting-edge technology they used, deleted scenes, bloopers and a profile with legendary boxing champion Sugar Ray Leonard.
