Last night was the Children’s BAFTAs!

There were loads of stars there like Harry Hill, David Baddiel and the host Doc Brown!

Plus Fun Kids’ very own Bex and Sean!

They presented the BAFTA Kids’ Vote award. Thousands of votes were cast by seven to 14 year-olds who had their say in a nationwide poll to choose their favourite film, television programme, and game. The winners in the three categories were: Minions (Feature Film), The Next Step (Television) and Minecraft (Game).

Sam and Mark won in the Best Presenter category for Christmas Wind Up and The Amazing World of Gumball won it’s third BAFTA for Animation!

CBBC got Channel of the Year and Jessica Ransom took the Best Performer prize for her portrayal of Mary Queen of Scots in Horrible Histories.

Josh from the Pop 7 at 7 was on red carpet duty and he got to chat to Dick and Dom, Sam and Mark, Michael Palin and loads more!
