The Cybermen are back on Doctor Who!

Look out, Doctor! The Cybermen are back!

The newly-regenerated Doctor will be battling against some of his oldest and most fearsome foes when Doctor Who returns to telly later this summer!

We’ve got hold of some brand-new pics from filming in Wales showing The Twelfth Doctor, Peter Capaldi, facing up to the villains on the streets of Cardiff.

The pictures show the Doctor with the Gatekeeper of the Netherspace. She’s a new character who we don’t know much about yet apart from that she wears some rather strange, Victorian-looking clothing!

The Cybermen were first featured on Doctor Who back in 1966 when the First Doctor defeated them on the Moon! 

Since then they’ve been trying their hardest to upgrade the entire human race and it’s been the Doctor’s job to stop them! 

Let’s hope he manages to fight them off again this time!
