Barnes Children’s Literature Festival, the UK’s largest dedicated children’s literature festival, is celebrating its tenth birthday this year! There’s over 100 author events, performances and free activities to get involved in.
You’ll have the chance to meet authors and illustrators such as literary legend Michael Rosen, beloved bestselling author Jacqueline Wilson, the superstar creator of the Tom Gates series, Liz Pichon, and lots more!
The festival is for children of all ages and there is plenty for non fiction fans too with appearances from ‘Horrible’ historian, Greg Jenner, dinosaur expert Professor Ben Garrod, science sleuth Dr Adam Rutherford, star of BBC Radio 4’s Rutherford & Fry, and multi award winning author Dr Roopa Farooki.
There is literally something for everybody!
