Sunglasses are an easy way to shield them from harmful Ultra Violet or UV rays which can damage your body’s cells.

Sunglasses have darker lenses than normal glasses which help to reduce glare – that’s the very brightest light, the sort that can make you scrunch your eyes up!

Glare can be tiring for eyes and make it harder for them to do their job – which is why it’s a good idea to get your sunspecs on when it’s sunny outside!
